Yes this testpipe will be a direct bolt on to the stock exhaust system (downpipe and catback). Also it is interchangeable with most exhaust systems out there that can bolt to stock exhaust parts.

Depends. When it was first out I believe it was 105-125 new, but now some places have a sell out and the lowest I've seen it was 75 + shipping at rallysportdirect.com.

I took the lowest price and lowered it shipped so people still save ~15 dollars. No point in asking for the same price even if it is new when consumers can just buy it from the vendors in which they would feel more comfortable.
