I have to ask - what's your motivation to buy them for $500 shipped when you can buy them for $495 + shipping brand new? I know these are advertised as new, but where's the risk avoidance factor in? Are you a friend of this guys? Are they hard to find in stock?

Don't get me wrong, of course people can buy/sell what they want for whatever price they want, but when I'm considering something that is "New" from an individual instead of a retail shop, there has to be a 10 to 20% incentive to do so. You have to figure you will have no warranty if something goes wrong with them (usually original buyer only), they could have been dropped, scratched.

Again- Just curiosity.

This EvoM board really has my interest up. It's the only one ever where I have seen used (or new by owner) parts go for new or almost new prices...

 

LOL that's a whole other thread right there. It's crazy. I come from the world of Hondas. "NIB" is great, but still go for quite the discount. I'm used to used = 50% of new pricing and "NIB" being about 25% off. Evos are just weird. Parts made of gold, I suppose.
Back to topic: GLWS! I'd love these cams, just outta my price range. I'm jealous. Haha. Looks like I'll be picking up some Cosworths from another member. I'm stoked!

 

i love how people come into people for sales adds and post there opinions if someone wants to pay what i want for the part then so be it they are being sold for 530 shipped so haha

 

Nah like i said not bashing anyone and more power to you for what you got for them. It's just not the norm for parts sales anywhere else.

I'll be picking up these same cams eventually. Nice parts for sure.
