PPI Ported IX Turbo only 13k

I have a PPI ported IX turbo that I have lying around. The turbo will come with the WGA. Studs have been removed for easy installation/removal when doing a swap. Absolutely no shaft play, only 13k was put on the turbo. $460 shipped takes it.
