hi, i have a mildly ported intake manifold that i did the porting myself on. they runners where ported a very small bit and smoothed out, and the throttle area was ported to 60mm and polished. the black stuff you see is just sealant, it comes right off. i made 568hp and 460tq with this manifold as well.
