Why were they pulled and whats the rating on the rods?

 

The motor was put together by DogBox racing.. It was a stock internal'd setup with a 35r making 130+ trap passes originally. From what I gather, they pulled the motor (for whatever reason, I'm assuming they blew it up) and rebuilt it with this Wiseco/Eagle setup and a freshened head. I bought the car and found that it was mixing oil/coolant. Headgasket was fine, block ended up having a crack in one of the cylinders. With that said, there is NO damage to any of these parts, as mentioned above.

So I'm pretty much parting out any good parts from the car to recoupe my costs and eventually start over.

DogBox Racing has made over 800awhp on this exact setup..
