ok then. the reason why i asked you that is because i just recently tunned my evo and when we tried to tunned for the high boost, it was fluttering back and forth like 22-20 20-22 and i was trying to tune it for 23psi. my boost controller i have a greddy profec spec II ebc. my tuner said that i should get another wga first. idk if its my wga or my ebc.
