These are no longer produced. They allow you to adjust how much venting you want to have. If you want to scare small kids or old grandmas this is the valve for you. Ok, all joking aside I removed this from a customers car that went back to stock. There is nothing wrong with it and I am looking to get $100 shipped for it.
