I don't remember where this can should be mounted at but I don't think the way you have it now is where it's suppose to be. The reason I say that is because the nipples are facing the firewall so the hoses would almost have to bend at a 90. If it was intended to be there, ARC would have put the nipples on the adjacent side. If I find out or have a picture of the correct location, I will post it up.

That's where it was when I got the car, I didn't install it, so I dunno.
