I just took this part out of my car last night. This item was on my car when I purchased it. It's a dual catch can. 2 ports on each can. Placement, it could mount anywhere but kind of difficult just depending on your setup. I had to modify the bracket a little bit about 2 years ago but you can fix it up any way you can.

I dont have pics right now but they will be up soon. Item works just fine.

Also Im not sure the year of this model but it was on my 03 when purchased in 07. Not sure when previous owner(s) installed it
