Can this be rebuilt to HD if it's the SD?

 

I believe that you need to change the pressure plate if you want to make sure it's an hd, most of them came with a serial number which says CMO6H; however this pressure plate has no markings. I can get pictures of an hd pressure plate to do a side-by-side comparison if you'd like

Wanted to get pictures of the floater plate and middle plate

obviously the disks will need to be replaced and the flywheel resurfaced, but if someone needs pics of those parts too then i guess i'll take them

HOW many miles did it last?

 

Looks like the springs on the floater plate are broken.

 

the clutch lasted for 30k miles, and it didn't even start slipping before I took it out lol. But, when I pulled the clutch, the top disk was pretty worn while the lower one still had some life

honto if you are referring to the six springs in the middle, I can assure you they aren't broken, sorry for the crappy phone pics

Look closely at the float plate, not the clutch disks, the springs are broken and you will need a new one.

 

Sorry to say he is right. Picture 2 and 3 show it.

But I am still interested.

 

Not being a tool, just don't want someone to buy it, install it and the thing doesn't disengage right and have to pull it, then call you to complain.
