purchased new. i could say, "it only has blah blah miles on it!" and i guess you would have to believe me. LOL.
truth is i have only done one oil change since the install, so i know i've only had it on for about 3k miles.
it's complete. carbon fiber board. no scratches. nothing broken. original, shiny allen bolts and washers included.
