I ended up not needing this so its up for sale. I don't need to explain the quality of Buschur's parts. Everyone knows they are amazing. The cam caps come with the head obviously. They just are not in the pics. The head is from a 2005 Evo 8 that had 30k miles on it.

Yes, it does.

So you would have to get 0.5mm oversized valves.

 

.5 on both as far as the buschur site reads.
