It's pretty mild sounding on a stock turbo setup, bigger turbo setups tend to make things a bit louder. I have no idea how it fits with a JDM rear, but I'm guessing it will stick out a little past the bumper considering it fits well with the USDM bumper and the JDM is shorter.
