my ets pipe came with the flange already on it, so I did not need to use the weld on flange(that is in the pic). My bov came with the black hks adapater that didnt work with my set up so I had to buy the stock adapter(still on the bov).

basically you get a bov that has 2 different adapters and a flange if you need it.
