You dont want the 1" outlet that is for bosch based cars. The evo requires a 1.35"

it comes with the clamp and o-ring. i might have a v-band flange a friend gave to me.

1". i don't know much about the evo powertrain other than it makes way more power way easier than a subaru

i'm sorry i can't provide you guys with information on which spring is inside. i bought it last year and it's sat until now. contemplated buying a new bottom housing with the 1.25" outlet for a subaru but it makes more sense to sell it to an evo owner with a use for it
