Did you guys use a credit card as your payment source through paypal? If so, you could dispute the charge with them.

I guess it depends on if PayPal does the transaction as Credit or Debit. If credit, you should be fine. If debit, it probably will be up to the bank. Either way, call your bank and dispute the charge.

I still got hope on this guy, hope he comes around.. he logged in yesterday so at least have the courage to say hold on a minute or something. I know his going through some stuff but so are we.. we need the parts ASAP.. because i think enough time has been given for him to ship it.

Has not answered my PM aswell.. and I know he knows his got PM's..lol

Filled dispute with paypal it's super easy and they give him 10 days to show proof of the item being shipped or they take the money back and issue it back to the buyer! Super easy and fast I suggest everyone does it at once!!

Filled A dispute with paypal this is Ridiculous, paid 350$ June 6th for Oil Catch can + Wrinkle Black Valve cover with -8 Fittings and was told he will Ship Friday June 10th due to family Incident. Seller has not responded to one message of mine or provided tracking #

I managed to talk to him on aim about just going to pick my stuff up, but that failed. He has since blocked me. This kid has some serious issues going on which is why I dont see him coming through. Hopefully everyone gets back what they paid.

I have contacted the seller and everything was just shipped via UPS. He has been going though an incredibly hard time with a family emergency but everything is on it's way now.
