Yes I do ask for it as a gift so that there won't be paypal fees to deal with. Besides I gave you the option to send it as a gift or to add 3%. Everyone does it this way, YOU made that decision. No one forced you to. As far as your dbl pumper goes, your right, I am not refunding money. As I stated before the pump was fine when it left me. You need to file a claim with UPS. Have you any knowledge of how "well" UPS handles packages? Trust me they are not careful with them, even if it says fragile on it. The box does not have to crushed for it to be damaged in shipment. I tried to make this right by trying to refund you for 1 pump but you wouldn't accept that. Instead you filed a claim with paypal and it was DENIED. Go bag on someone else. There are plenty of other people on here that have gotten parts from me with no issues. I can't help a little back luck with UPS.
