Hey I actually made a mistake and am correcting the listing now. I was in a hurry and not paying attention.
It is a two piece upper intercooler pipe the short one comes out of the intercooler and the longer one attaches with the BOV to your intake.

It came on the car, I THINK (not sure) was from RNR to go with the turbo kit but I do not want to post false information.
correct 4 inch coupler, piping is 2.5 inches inside and 3 inches total from side to side.
