engine dampener
i have here engine dampener i believe from gruppe-S (forgot to be honest).. but its in great condition. its mounts under the front strut and reduces movement depending on how tight you adust it. sound deadening has been applied to it to cut down on vibrations too. it just looks alittle messy because torqueing the front strut on top of the dampener squeezed the sound deadening rubber layer abit but still works good 
this is left over parts i have in garage (my evo was sold awhile ago)
decrease engine movement without major vibrations you get with solid motor mounts. only $65 shipped!
