I ask bexause i am interested in buying. Y do u tap the boost line in the lico whats the point? Or benefit to thia?

 

Sorry I had totally missed your post my bad. I monitored my boost from it the only reason I'm selling is because of my new custom setup. It's a point of boost reference just like other places on the car.

The factory line is run to the wastegate solenoid and wastegate, just like this can be. You can plug it with a rubber nipple plug, install a 1/8 npt plug and not use it at all, or you can run it to your boost controller and then back out of the controller to your wastegate. Many aftermarket turbos dont have nipples on them so some manufacturers put the nipple on the licp instead.
