New black tial 38mm wastegate.

I bolted this on my car one time. Idled for two minutes when I realized the turbo was dead.

Car then started a part out so I don't need this anymore.

two external fittings
two bolts
two bolt gasket

I have a few springs that can go with it. Right now it has a big red spring in it.
