I have up for sale is an evo 8 turbo with a 9.8 hot side with about 9k miles on it at stock boost level. It's not rebuilt, it's brand new with 9k miles, the owner before me was a buddy and blew the motor on the car and had the motor and turbo replaced by Mitsubishi, 5 months later (June) I bought it and immediately swapped turbos, this turbos been sitting in my bedroom ever since.
