This moves the bov location towards the front and dr side of the car in the engine bay correct? Compared to stock location.

I was trying to find a picture of it installed on my car but I wasn't able to locate any. IIRC, you are correct. It pushes it slightly in the driver side headlight direction compared to stock. Hopefully that answer helps.

I'm 99% sure it's Injen as well, although I would have to go out and check to be 100%. When I bought the car the person that sold it to me advised me to get the Buschur UICP with Tial BOV since the car was going to be running speed density. I was still new to Evos so I didn't know any better. I probably could have just kept this on the car. What's done is done though, but that's why I only replaced the UICP and not the LICP and intake as well.
