He has probably built more 4g's then you have posts.

Nice choice of parts Jerry. Building one similar with the Carrillo H beams I purchased from you.

I think it's a little high price, I've seen built long blocks for less than this, beautiful block non the less!

People forget the cost of machine work and the cost to assemble, not to mention time. Nice looking motor

Can I ask why you would put in an Eagle crank and take out the OEM? I Love the build and am interested.. but the eagle crank is a down grade IMO. PM Sent.

you can get 2.4 blocks for 400 bucs including crank. I personally would never run one because they dont have oil squirters. magnus charges 400 to ad squirters to the block. and then you have to spend 200 to nitride crank. (which i am sure you didnt get since virtually no shops offer it) this is an evo block with no core charge. MAP charges 1200 for evo core. If someone windows their block their core is no good. There is virtually no charge for my labor time here. seems like a pretty good deal to me. this is a badass engine if you ask me. the block only had 8000 miles on it.

Eagle cranks are far less likley to crack than a factory crank. not at alll a downgrade. besides this 94mm crank is only practical way to build a 2.2 liter.

its not a 9 block, but you can use it in a 9 with correct mivec oil feed line/adapter

evo 8 has oil pressur sender mounted to block. evo 9 has oil sender on oil filter bracket. it uses the hole on block to feed the mivec. only difference in two blocks are what thread that hole is tapped for.

Bump for a good deal, and obvious quality in work. Eagle cranks do not have a bad name anymore, one bad batch of eagle dsm cranks and they get a bad name, but people still love to run kelford cams that snap in half and screw your whole engine build? Heh.
