Manley 87mm LR stroker pistons

Up for sale a set of lightly used Manley stroker pistons 87mm for 156mm rod for a 4g64 9.0:1 cr. Came out of my evo 9. Pistons are in fairly good shape and were looked at by a machine shop. They were coated by MAP when bought them. Asking $300 shiped to lower 48 obo. Come with pins and locks.

no problems, decided to go with stronger rods as my power goals changed and went with higher compression pistons while I had the motor apart for E85

That's weird, I've followed one of your posts about ring gap and you said you were building with turbo tuff long rods and the pistons to match, not support your power goals? Those rods have seen 1000hp+?

It just keens my interest bc I have the same setup, as far as rods and pistons go. I have Manley tt I beams with arp 625 rod bolts, Manley 87mm pistons coated, 9:1, hd pin.

Well I had these pistons sitting for a while, originally I had the manley h beam plus rods in the motor and had 2 friends that sent the exact same kind of rod through the block with half the power I was planning to make. So I decided to pull the motor and get turbo tuff rods and Wiseco pistons instead before i snapped one. One of them hit partial throttle in second gear and boom there went the rod so I decided to just spend some money on some better rods rather than have to buy everything after one of them snapped

What box? there is no box for them in the pictures...you can see the part number on the back of the piston though. If you check the manley site or any vendor site that carries them you will see that they indeed are 87mm stroker pistons.
