64mm stock appearing cover not the 84mm
I'll grab a caliper in a second. I literally just received the turbo from FP 20min before I posted it for sale.

And what about the exducer in the compressor wheel

 

I believe it's 71mm (that's where the HTA71 comes in)
I don't have a snap ring pliers big enough to pull off the flow cover

This is an excellent turbo I can't believe the skepticism here! Stock turbine wheel and 51lb a minute! I vd regularly over 425(dj) with this turbo and 22 psi flat. Glws!

Outright, fp sells these for 1500
You can send your evo 9 turbo in for upgrading at 650
You can buy the extra 18psi wastegate for $230

I also have a 10.5 hotside i can include for $50 more
You keep your stock turbo to resell and recoup costs, too!
