^ Thank you for the suggestion. I wasn't sure what the asking price on a stock running evo 9 block was so that's why it's priced like that. I sold my evo 8 short block non - running for $1400 so I figured it is a fair price.
Just because im curious is there a way to prove mileage or could someone just say their selling a motor with considerably less then it actual has. (Im not saying you are im just curious)

In all honesty I do not know but I'm going to take an educated guess and say no. If there was another way to check mileage then people would not switch out odometers or scam people in the first place. What you can check to see is if the motor is healthy. I hope I answered your question.
