Throwing this out for sale to see if there is any interest in it. Make me an offer!
I purchased this turbo over a year ago with intentions of installing it on my Evo 8. I was specifically looking for a used journal bearing turbo because I figured I could spend less on the turbo initially, and then pay to get it rebuilt and have a "new" turbo for much less than the cost of a whole new unit/setup. Well, I should have looked into it more before I purchased it. I do not have the money at the moment for the only rebuild option available (Ball bearing).
The turbo was still bolted onto a manifold when I bought it, but I will be keeping that.
Specs:
JB FP Red
84mm Cover
25PSI Wastegate Actuator
Looks to have ported option, anyone confirm?
What comes with it:
Everything pictured, including an FP intake pipe (recirc) that is usable, but has been previously cut/shortened (Not Pictured). J-pipe is included, but has damage to outlet end/bent.

Shipping: Shipping price included, will ship via UPS Ground (Inside lower 48 states only)
I purchased this turbo in working order. There is shaft play, radial and axial. I can not confirm if it is outside the service limits per FP. I did check the divider for cracking and it IS NOT cracked. There is NO damage to either wheels, they spin freely and together. There is NO marks/rubbing inside any of the ports. I can NOT guarantee the internal condition of the center section. Like I said, I WAS going to have it rebuilt simply for piece of mind. You may be able to install and run it as is, but unfortunately, I CAN NOT guarantee it.
