Cusco RS Front LSD for Evo VIII/IX with ACD
I erroneously marked this as WTT - it's just for sale outright.
Selling a used Cusco RS front LSD for a 2005-2006 Evo VIII or IX that has ACD - it doesn't work in non-ACD cars. It's a 12-plate diff, 1-way, and it's switchable between 35* and 45* cam slots, depending on how quick you want the torque transfer.
It's in decent condition - there are two tiny pieces missing from each of the pressure rings, I have no idea where they went, but they don't affect the diff in any way. The gears have some shine to them, but they will still work. Lastly, the clutch discs have wear on the outer portions (due to the spring-style pressure ring), they have lots of life though.
I think it could be run as-is - I would disassemble it, clean it, and maybe set initial torque before installing it in a transfer case, though. Rebuild kits for discs are $160 from Cusco, it's the cheapest kit they sell. Side gears are available if you want peace of mind as well.
These are $1400 from Japan, my asking price is $700 shipped within North America.
