I can clean it if you want and take a Scotch-Brite pad to it but it will just get dirty again. And the integrated test pipe saves weight-- it avoids two flanges, bolts, etc.-- and helps fitment, as mentioned by another helpful member.

I've got a Cobb tuning stainless 3" steel downpipe with o2 bunge welded in proper location for wideband sensor. Very good condition. Shoot me a PM if you're still interested. Not sure what shipping costs would be to send a DP from CA to NY.
