VIII/IX 5spd trans/mount/harness/shifter/cables
I found a trans, but still looking for shifter, cables, trans mount, and trans harness for a IX, but I may be able to make an VIII work; all the stuff for a swap.
I prefer the shifter and cables together, since if i buy one, it's almost impossible to find the other by itself

This place is not to far from Fresno, looks like this car has everything you would need. They say its in Excellent condition Grade A, but maybe see what happens if it ends up being broken. https://mstrecycling.hollanderstores...(awd),-5-speed

I have brand new shifter cables. Were purchased thinking that was the issue but it wasn't so they were never even installed. 120 shipped. If interested in pictures shoot me an email

Long shot.. but here goes:
First, I'm looking for a 5spd transmission. The hard part is that it needs to be verifiable in working condition. Either
1. by vouch from an established member on this forum,
2. an established shop (also well known to this forum) or
3. by installation/testing on my part. For this, Seller is free to mark the trans and seal it to confirm I can't tamper with it.
If it's not fully functional, I'd be returning it for a refund, "buyer beware" does not apply here LOL
I'm super paranoid, as I've recently purchased a few transmissions that turned out to be crap. I will not take chances with another one.
As long as the part works, that's all I need. So, peeps selling crap that's broken, need not apply
I do not mind paying a premium for a working trans. Looking for a stock 5spd. Nothing built, as it will be out of my price range.
I will also be needing the supplemental parts: shifter, cables, trans mount, and trans harness.
