As described in the title... 100% unused, rustfree Evo9 wastegate actuator. This part was removed from a brand new Mitsubishi TD05-16G turbo for a 2006 Lancer Evolution.

Why yes, actually, for only $550 more, I can include a very fresh, low mileage (11k) Evo9 turbo with either of the wastegates!

i think my evo 9(52K) actuator is not working correctly. what is a common symptom of a bad actuator. Does rush mean its going bad?

Slow spool, low boost. You can test yours by applying pressure to the nipple with a bike pump and make sure it doesn't start to open/move until 10 psi; and that once it's pressurized/open, it doesn't leak down and close by itself.

Does RUST mean that it is bad?
Here is the situation:
I have an HKS EVC 5. It's stepping motor has 3 PORTS:

PORT 1 goes to Turbo
PORT 2 goes to the Wastegate Actuator
PORT 3 reads boost.

With all of these PORTS(1/2/3) plugged in I only get about 80Kpa

With the PORT 1 removed, I am able to boost to 200Kpa+ with warning alerts. Im am tuned to 26psi so I control myself and dont WOT for too long.

PORT 2 goes to the Wastegate Actuator but I have never tried to unplug it to test.

So as a result this may mean I have a bad turbo or wastegate actuator?

Not necessarily, the working parts of the wastegate are inside.

Sorry, I'm just trying to sell some parts/get some money coming in... can't help you diagnose your boost issues with an EBC.
