Slowboy Review- Closed?

Why was my review on slowboy racing closed? Nothing has been resolved, and nothing had gotten out of hand. Ive spoken with otter and sblvro. So whats the deal?

Apparently, the issue was/is being resolved by SBR??

You say nothing has/is being resolved. What is going on?

My new issue.

The bottom is the crank from the 2.0, and the top pic and the top view pic is from the 2.4. The crank looks to have a piece in it that is quite a bit smaller and wont mate up to the tranny, and it also sticks out a few cm, instead of sitting flush...

looks like the 2.4 crank came out of an auto. Its the pilot bearing. You simply need to pull it out.

That's right. I spoke to Nick already and explained it. We even offered to have the block picked up and brought back so we could do it for him if his guy wasn't able to pull it out.

Hopefully his guy will be able to take care of it, if not, we'll help him out in anyway that we can.

I appreciate the kind sentiment but please keep in mind that we build hundreds of 4G63's every year and ship them all over the world. We have our growing pains as we keep busy but our machine shop is top notch.

These threads get closed because every nutswinger and their cousin who has ever had a bad experience insists on jumping in and sharing, plus the requisite posts whining that we're trying to protect the vendors (thanks xxD3MONxx and evoll for filling those very important shoes!). These posts are unrelated to the thread topic, and do nothing to rectify the situation.

The OP made it clear what the problem was, Slowboy indicated he was making an effort to fix the problem(s). At that point it should be dealt with via PM, email, or phone calls. No further posts should be needed, which is why the threads are closed but not deleted.
