Girodisc problem help

So I just received my 2 pcs rotors front and rear for my 2006 lancer Evo. these are my second set on my second Evo . I'm having a problem with them .I just installed them and I'm getting a clunking noise as I press on the brake pedal car stops properly. now I had no problem with the first set I installed on my Evo only difference is I'm running the magic pads this time around on my last set I used ferodo 2500 pads an trimmed the rear pads for Clarence and I use the shims. so I'm pretty much at a dead end on what it could be I'm using magic pads which already come with the shims or am I require to buy additional shims?not sure what else I rechecked everything once again everything looks fine what could it be ?

If the rotor is seated correctly & the caliper is torqued properly I dont see how this could be a pad or rotor issue

These kinds of issues are very hard to diagnose on the net. If you havent, pull the wheels off & inspect all, including suspension components (possible loose strut?)

I hear you it's hard to tell I've checked everything even removed a re did it and sounds like the pads a loose but rotors an are seated well before I installed the calipers I used three outta five lugs to hold rotors in place even grease the pads I don't know just thought some might had experienced this and I'm getting the noise on all four didn't have this noise before installing them
