A tune isn't 100% required with the intake and the UICP but the tune is the 1st thing I would do on the Evo Xs. Just a tune will get you around 290-300WHP. I just had Kozmic Motorsports do the SST tune on my car and its night and day difference. The car drives so smoother and the shifts are much more precise.
