New forward facing setup done by a good friend

I'm very fortunate to have a friend that is a pretty good fabricator. Right now I have him fabricating a forward facing turbo setup for me, along with a catch can, intercooler piping, and new coolant overflow.

I'll start off with a "before" picture on the stock turbo setup....

And here's where we are at right now.

I had him fabricate the manifold in a manner that I can still run a small filter on the turbo for street use. Turbo is a Precision 6262. He made a jig so he can make more of these manifolds. There are a couple local mutual friends with Evo's who want him to do one of these manifolds for them and I think he's going to make an o2 housing that fits with the manifold to make it a bolt on affair on the next couple he does. I'll post up some more pictures when he's done with the catch can. So far I'm very pleased.

T3 or t4 flange? Does it retain a/c and power steering? I think it looks good!

T3 flanged. Power steering yes it's still in the car, a/c was taken out of the car during teardown because I didn't want it. Looks like there is still room for the pump, however I'm not sure what someone would do about a condenser. Maybe a half condenser (which would restrict flow to the half radiator unfortunately) or possibly mount one somewhere else.

a/c will be possible with half condenser (like the smaller radiator). not hard to do at all..basically just need to re-do the condenser lines after fitting smaller condenser core.

Nice F-F set up

Thanks!
Personally I love not having the clutter of the pump there and all the lines. Definitely cleans things up quite a bit.

Looks good man! Did he make a jig for the downpipe and all? I am contemplating going with a forward facing kit this winter.
