Ok so I've been looking into some ce28 knockoffs, and I have came across a great deal for a set, but I'm unsure if they will fit or not. Now the specs are 17x9 +35 all the way around. I know that the actual ce28 clears in those specs, but I'm not real sure about these. Any input would be appreciated. Here's the wheels

If those are Rota DPTs, then it appears they will clear the fronts w/out spacers. There are many threads on these & no one notes spacers are needed. Heres a couple of threads that discusses them FYI

Nice looking wheels for sure, & I can see that do replica wheels like Rota
In any event, no way to tell if they will clear the brakes unless they have been tried before. Its all in the spoke pattern & the area of the wheel in question is called the X-factor (item no. 6)
Do yourself a favor and don't buy those. Cast replica wheels will be heavier and weaker than stock. Yes, I have owned a set of ROTAs and it felt like I got a tune when I took them off.
If you are on a budget just get a set of the 8/9 OEM BBS. If you can afford more, you can usually find a nice set of used Volk CE28s (look for 17x8.5+30, 17x9+35, 18X8.5+30, or 18x9+35) for $1500-2000.

I understand what your saying, but the roads where I live are complete ****, there's no way I would spend more than 1000 for a set of rims, and the problem with the MR BBS wheels is that they are not wide enough.
19 lbs for a 17x9 wheel is not much heavier than the MR BBS wheels. And even if they crack and break, I can't be mad for spending less than 350 on a set of rims.
You drive an evo
You already invested money
You should strive for quality parts.
Nothing is cheap with this car but its hard to get positive feedback for supporting a low quality product on a car that you WILL DRIVE FAST. You can't EVER put a Cheap price on Safety.
Be cheap with others but never yourself or your passengers.
You don't want to hit a bad pot hole with a poor quality wheel.
A Pothole that can cause a Dent on a quality wheel
Can cause a full Tire blow out on a cheap low quality wheel
Think about that for a minute..
Just like a Hot wife she needs to have substance
Wait some more on your impluse to buy something nice and your going to be glad you did when you purchase a used or new quality brand set.
Your life matters ! As well as mine when you crash into me in the opposite lane cuz your tire blew out at 80mph
Don't be THAT cheap.. and think about this logically not emotionally

cut corners on other products man, not wheels !
My car is being built with quality parts.
If a tire blows out hitting a pothole, it's not gonna matter if it's a 10 dollar wheel, or a 1000 dollar wheel, it's the force of hitting the pothole that blows out the tire. Can't blame a rim for a blow out.
Now as I've said I'm not buying expensive wheels. You can say whatever you'd like about safety and etc, but the fact of the matter is I do not have unlimited disposable income. I'm not going to spend 2500 on rims and tires just to destroy them.

It's clear to me that you didn't understand
If you hit a pothole hard.. the strength of the wheel can do 2 things.
Dent the wheel and still HOLD air inside
Or Crack the wheel and Release the air inside
Strength of the Wheel Matters when hitting a pothole going 60-100mph on a highway when the car suddenly jerks 10 feet to the left or right at a high speed tire blowout
You understand now ? Nobody is forcing you to buy new wheels either
You want them because they look good. But your not getting the quality aspect
How well do these wheels rotate at high speeds ? Theres so many factors. But hey
You want to put Pay Less shoes on that's you.
Its embarassing to rock and Evo with fake wheels. Have some pride.
If you have to wait 2 years then wait 2 years to afford $1,500
But lets be serious, you'll be spending $3,000 easily in the next 3 years on other parts.
Might as well buy an ebay voltex body kit for $500.
Theres a reason why these parts are cheap.
Quality will Win every single day of life in any subject .. you have an evo
Not a honda civic
Yea, no way a wheel like that is 19lbs. maybe the wheel they based them off are 19lb
also, all their images are of the actual wheels they are replicating, not the replica wheel itself. your CE28 "replica" image is of an actual CE28. If you're paying $350 for a set of wheels, don't expect quality, don't expect strength, and DEFINITELY don't expect them to weight 19lb. half the wheel might weigh 19lb
