Front and rear fenders are rolled and pulled, I'm on bilsteins with lowering springs. Will I be able to make fitment with this setup? Advice?
Absolutely no way of fitting +10 correctly, even on a pulled rear. As an example, My rear is pulled & Im running a 17x9.5 +30 on a 275/40. Your spec at +10 pokes another .78" beyond my setup (cant imagine what the rear fender would look like to achieve another 3/4" of clearance

+10 is not even properly used on an over fender application

I'm running RPF1's 18x9.5 +15 at the moment, wrapped in 245/40. I still have alot of room to breath. My rears are pulled to a buckling point already, so I don't really care about them. Going widebody in a few months. So, from what you're saying, the rear fenders would be the only issue with clearance? What size tire would be recommended? 255, 265, or 275?

Well, that is good to hear, that you are going w/over fenders Even the +15 is super difficult to fit w/out extreme rear fender work

As far as tire, Im a wide tire guy, so the 275 would look / perform great

I currently have 17"x9" et22 RPF1's that I have to run with 10mm spacers up front along will a fender mod and cut fenders in the rear. Since switching to a meatier 255 I'm getting rubbing especially in the rear and I'm trying to get a better offset 17" for track usage. What I'm wondering is if the 17"x9" et35 RPF1's really need a 20mm spacer up front or could I get by with a 15mm-17mm spacer? If not should I just stick to the et38 version or go staggered with et18's up front and et38's in the rear?

Cant help w/the spacer question up front, but searching the Enkei threads you might be able to find someone who has used a shallower spacer

Ive seen your prior posts noting the rear fitment issue w/the +22. I run a spec that overlays almost the same as yours (17x9.5+30 w/a 275/40 tire). You would need to pull the rears & relocate the bumper bolt if you want to stay w/the +22

I like your idea of running the +38's w/the front spacer or the non rotatable +18 front & +38 rear

Sorry I couldnt help more but let me know if you have other questions

Thanks though, I've been looking around and haven't found any info on people using thinner spacers.

I cut and rolled my rears, but I'm still getting rubbing on the tire sidewall when the suspension is heavily compressed. I think it's also that the Hankook's are a lot more meaty than I expected.

Just ran your no.s to fully confirm. Yes, your no.s overlay, in poke, the same as mine

Heres pic of my track setup (17x9 +29 w/275/40's). It fully tucks only because of the fender pull, roll & the bumper bolt relocation

That's the one thing I haven't done, pull the fenders. I'm slightly worried about the paint cracking now that the inners are rolled and cut down so much.

I'm also considering foregoing RPF1's all together and jumping to Wedssport TC-105N's since either the 17x9 et35 or 17.9 et32 will fit a whole lot better even with 255 tires. It's just the cost difference that I'm not thrilled about when that money could be going toward a t-case upgrade.

I am interested in changing my wheels on the Evo IX but I am not looking to downgrade from the OEM BBS MR wheels.

I would probably like to stick with a wheel that is Forged. I've been looking for wheels that are Forged, one of the main ones I've found is the Volk TE37SL.

The problem with the TE37SL is that they aren't designed for center caps and you have to use make-shift adapters to get them to work. In certain instances they don't even work with the adapters.

Does anyone else know what some other Forged wheels for the CT9A are?

I have seen BBS as well, but the choices seem to be very limited.

I probably want to stick with 17 inch wheels. Max width of probably 9". 8.5" would also be a possibility.

Ideally if I could get the wheel to stick out about 3/4" more that would be great. I would like to avoid fender/rear quarter panel lip modifications.

My car has megan racing adjustable coil-overs and is probably about 1" lower in front and rear.

Advan RGII's (17x9) that I run are not forged (they do have some forged wheels IIRC), but they are very light (16.9#'s) & are a high quality wheel
Also the Buddy Club QF's are noted as forged & very light. Heres a pic of them

I ended up picking up a set of the RPF1's in 17x9.5 et38. I'm trying to run as small of a spacer in front as possible, so rather than use a 20mm I tried a 17mm. According to my caliper I am seeing about 2.17mm at the closest space between the brake caliper and back of the spokes. Will this be enough space?

Your 2.17mm is very close to being OK w/Brembos / Tire Racks spec. They would like to see a min of 3mm of clearance

Konig hypergram 17x9 +25mm

Looking at buying some konig hypergram 17x9 +25mm rims. Just want to know how the fit ment will be, will 20mm spacers be needed or even a bigger spacer? Thanks

Cant confirm front fitment, but if youre looking at a +25 & a large spacer (i.e.20mm) is needed, this will be terrible up front. Certainly dont advise it on a stock front fender.

In the rear, running a 255/40 tire, you will need a nice, flat rear roll, bumper bolt relocation & likely a slight pull as well. +25 is aggressive in the back although the 9" width makes a bit easier to fit than a 9.5"
