Have you recently messed with your break booster? I had the exact same issue after I changed out my cmc. The problem was the o ring inside the break booster was tangled which caused a vacuum leak for me.
no I haven't, by I just bought the car in August and it's been doing it ever since. I will check it!
I noticed your intake doesn’t have a shield to protect it from Air coming off that radiator fan. I’ve read issues associated with not having a shield. The shield, sold with many aftermarket intakes, protects the filter from hot air when the AC is running.... This is just a thought since you’re issue occurs once the vehicle is warmed up. Maybe look into purchasing a shield or see if someone local can loan you one to try.

The intake is a Sakura intake and it does have a heat shield on the bottom.
No idea if this is related but my battery has been dead the last two times I've drove it, requiring me to jump it off. I took it to autozone and advanced auto and they are both saying the alternator is bad. I don't really trust those guys so I am gonna take it to a real shop soon. But if iI do have a bad battery or alternator, could that cause the RPMs to fluctuate?

Do you still have the OEM battery? I read something somewhere about them being ****ed up and causing issues. I've noticed sometimes when my wipers are on the car stumbles very very slightly and was wondering if there's not enough life in the battery causing the a bit of a stumble when voltage is being used... This also may jsut be me going crazy so take whatever i say with a grain of salt.
Okay you should add the gauge that monitors your volts with your TQ app. That way you can see what the car is doing volt wise during these crazy times. This will help with that...
I also see alot of Cobb stuff on the car, not sure if that means there is also a cobb tune on the car. you can reach out to them and ask them about it if there's one. I ran cobb on my MR for a while and they never could get the car to be right. i gave up on them before they gave up on me and just sold my AP v3 (all this was remote tuning). anyways the point here is that one of the tunes they gave me made my car act just like you have shown here. No clue what it was or changed but the rpms would jump all over the place when i would come to a stop after driving the car for a while....

Bad alternator can cause all sorts of problems as voltage can drop out of regulation.

Yes I still have the original Panasonic battery. I'm not sure if the battery is going bad or if it just needed to charge. The car sits in the garage and it has been unusually cold. So it could have just drained the battery. I put it on a slow charger and it charged up and has held the charge. When the car was running, I removed the positive battery cable from the battery and the car continued to run as it was. So that leads me to believe that the alternator is fine.
I don't trust Autozone or Advanced Auto very much, so the battery and alternator could be fine.
I was honesly hoping it would be something this simple but I don't think it is.

good luck!
I added the volt gauge after the fact and I'm getting roughly 15 volts when its running. I don't see any drop in voltage when the car is losing RPM's.
As for the mods on the car, the only thing that is COBB is the upper intercooler pipe.
