So these rods will work? http://crower.com/cgi-bin/detail.cgi?prod_id=64413-2

And how much do the pistons cost?

Do any other items off the 4g63 or 4g64 block fit our engines?

hi malvin
what did you do for the injection? Was the tec3 able to interface with our injectors, or did you even try? What injectors did you upgrade to? Where there any complications to installing them as far as wiring connections go? the injection problem has had me stumped for quite some time now. im assuming the easiest solution would be to replace the injectors to something that easier to control /w existing tools.

also, are you still using the emanage and the turbo specialties injection control? how do you like the tec3?

I a using electromotive 860cc injectors with a custom made fuel rail,2 fuel pumps,8 an fuel line from the pump to the fuel press regulator and 8 an from the fuel pressure regulator to the rail, and a complete fuel management electromotive tec3 and the stock ecu to control the trottel by wire and the mivec, with the tec 3 you can control everything fuel curve, timing, etc you need to go with a stand alone fuel management to go to that power levels.is a major project,i do not recomend to go that far unless you have the expereience and the knoledge.

hi guys .well im new here and this is my first post. after having a suzuki swift gt twin cam/94 for 11 years i lost it on an accident. Now i have r/a and i love it . It runs so great that my brother dont want to race with me(he have a 1999 cougar gt v6 with some mods)
i installed a K&N replacement filter and instantly notice the power gain in my car. Do any of u know if those turbonators or tornado things do any hp gains as they claim. thanks for any help you can bring. ralliart2u

I believe your redline is ~6200rpm...use 95% for VE and density ration is a ratio of boost w/ respect to 14.7 so if you are running 14.7 lbs of boost then density ration woul be ~2.

You would want efficiency level of the turbo at ~75% near or at the torque peak of your engine. Not knowing the spec of the GT series of hand, i couldnt tell you exactly what you need....but if the GT25 is anything like the T25 from 2ndgen DSM, you will need to buy an asthma inhaler for the turbo cause its gonna be out of breath up top
........its almost like another language i want to learn this stuff so bad but when i hear guys spit this kinda stuff like its everyday conversation i get a little i know any motor with the right work can be force fed but im wondering if its worth the headache of doing it myself or should i just buy a kit from someone? i have the funds and i love to tinker with motors but im afraid i dont know if i have the skills yet. is there a perfect size turbo for our motors? what about those disco potato turbos? any opinions?
