2007 Midwest Track Dates
Hello again everyone. I kept an ongoing list for 2006, and wanted to get things going for 2007, so here we go!
For those that don't check the motorsports forum....
There's some track days coming up! I don't have all the information on where to go to sign up for some dates, so bear with me. Also, some dates are tentative as it's still early. If I have anything incorrect, please post up and lemme know! The criteria for this is open lapping days where no specific license is needed. Something we can just show up for, pay, and get some seattime. Most dates, if not all, will probably have instructors. I'm not sure if NASA events fit this criteria, so I listed what I found just in case.
If other's know of more, post them up and I'll try to keep the top here updated with a rolling list. Let's just list road-racing, no cones and no drag events...
** All out of dates for 2007 **

the web site for MidAmerica Motorplex is www.midamericamotorplex.com. I can't check it from work
, but this should help you out.

Btw, the NASA Rocky Mountain region will be attending the June event at MAM, so there should be a lot of good competition and mingling of cars from different areas. Anyone who's in the area should come by and participate. I should be running TTS that weekend and hoping for some good competition...

The Midwest F-Body Association organizes a couple of HPDEs at Road America every year. The dates for 2007 are April 14-25 and October 13-14. Their website is:

I'm not positive about the rules this year, but in the past these guys did not require novices to ride with instructors. They usually have instructors on hand to help if requested. Driving at Road America is as hard-core as it gets!
