Best 280 cams!?

Getting ready to move up to 280 cams and fully building and porting the head, just wondering though what cams you guys suggest I use. I'm going to be using a T3 GT3582 turbo and I will be mainly roll racing the car. My original thought were the Kelford 280 cams but I'd like to hear some of the opinions from people who actually run 280 cams and how they perform.

Thanks,
- Tyler G.

I'll say for sure our new S3 which is a 11.7mm lift 238@1mm cam is going to out perform that kelford 280.

motoxxx55 how are those 12mm cams doing?

The cams are great. I also added in a larger diameter(3.5") UICP, new headgasket & did a 5 speed swap.

Went for a retune on the same dyno machine & tuner, same boost level of 30psi I gained 90+ horses. Power band got shifted more to the right, just nice & sweet for my drag setup.

Waitting for a Dnp T4 exhaust manifold to come in, swap it in then we will see if we can shift the power band towards the left.

Definitely good gains over my previous Cosworth M2 cams.

Yo Greg, have u already sent out my other parcel to me?

^damn! I'm on the Cosi M2's right now. I don't plan on running a T3 setup or dragging my car, though. That is an insane pickup!

I'm saying that because i designed them.

our previous S3 cam was tested in the AMS cam test. That set was a 11.5mm cam and almost exactly the same power band as the fp5r set with it's higher lift. I decided to make some changes to our S3 cams. The changes to the cam were the lift and the nose of the profile.
