IX Wagon V-Dyno Results. Feedback wanted.

My car is a JDM Evolution IX Wagon. I went out yesterday and did three 3rd gear logs, I hit fuel cut at about 6500 on each of them. Two of the logs gave figures that were kinda erroneous on VD, 450 & 500 whp+. The last log I did gave me more what I was expecting with my setup. I've listed all my known mods in my signature (I bought the car as it is and it had several owners before me), I've attached a picture of my engine bay if you want to check it out.

I used the IX MR setting and added 150 lbs to the weight of the vehicle for the wagon sedan weight difference.

Here is the VD with smoothing: 3.

Because of the fuel cut I'm putting the VD up with smoothing: 1.

You can see exactly where I hit fuel cut and the effect it has had with the smoothing on the peak.

I'd like a bit of feedback on my torque line, it's quite different to most (but not all) of the results I see on EvoM.

Any comments on the fuel cut are also welcome, it only happens on long pulls ie 2500 - 7500 rpm but not on short pulls like 5000 - 7500 rpm.

Any other feedback is also welcome. Thanks for looking.

Is the Wagon GT like the Sedan GT-A in that it has an automatic?

Fuel Cut is load based so if you are exceeding the set load for more then 1sec (factory setting) then it will fuel cut.

6 speed manual like the MRs.

I'm a bit fresh to ecuflash so bare with me, load is somewhat relative to boost so I could be overboosting past what the fuel cut allows or I could be boost spiking?

Is that an extension after your mafs to make somewhat of a cold air intake? Thats cool! Dont know if the mafs will like that but who knows.

Ditch the ecutek and use ecuflash only. You might have a bit more support using the forum

Wagons are awesome!

Yeah, the filter is now inside the bumper and getting heaps of cold air. It's actually outside the engine bay now. I've attached a pic to show you where it is. No known issues so far, though I guess the cold air could be reducing my pressure decrease from the intercooler and contributing to my fuel cut problem.

The ecutek tune was done by a tuner here in NZ. I'm not brave enough to tune my evo myself just yet.

Upper pipe I'm guessing is from the intercooler to the intake? I'm used to the term intake pipe. Honestly I don't know who made it. The only info I've got on it is it's a custom piping setup for the turbosmart dualport. I had a look at it but there aren't any defining markings on it.

One of the rarer cars on the planet. Fuel cut is an easy fix. TRQ looks great, comes on quick and hold steady. Awesome ride!

Man I wish they brought the wagon over to the states. I would so pimp this as a daily driver.
