the turbo flange u should be able to ebay pretty easilly.. just dont get one of those flashy pinhole looking ones. (there paper).. get a bronze crush, or a steele mls(if possible) replacement. Exhaust. u should be able to ebay also. just get a good one. and not one u might burn up!

Nice build man! I'm collecting parts right now for my own turbo kit.

Update on install

Hey sorry for the long delay I was away for a while... So I got to do the following since last time:

-Downpipe, high flow cat (see pics below)
-Replaced the FMU with wrx 440cc injectors
-Replaced fuel rail with big bored one
-Replaced the greddy bov with the evo 9 bov for better fitting
-Flashed the tephra rom with the injectors scaled (still not finely tuned)

I got a fuel issue to fix I think I know what the issue is (a fuel leak ) because I am waaaaaaaay too lean under boost. I'm hoping to fix this asap!

Here are some pics:

Downpipe with magnaflow hiflow cat to Greddy Evo I cat-back:

I got it from Boe a guy here on the forums a long time ago. I believe RRM has them as well. It's basically an overbored stock fuel rail. Not sure if it really makes a difference though.

Help!

Guys I thought I had a fuel leak but it looks like it's something else.... I am way too lean when I boost: my afrs read in the 15's to 18's under boost!!!

I tried changing the FMU for the 440cc injectors thinking this was the issue but it did not change much...

I am using RoadSpike tephra modded rom and I did not try to tune the injectors yet since using 412 scaling and someone else latency values gave me some Fuel Trims Low and Mid at 4-6%. The car idles great.

My AFR values are way off the ones in the high and low octane fuel maps. I tried forcing it into open loop at all time by changing the open loop load and throttle position tables but even under open loop it did not change much.

I have the walbro 255lph pump as well.

Can someone please help me out?

Here are my log files and my ROM image (just Roadspike's one with injector scaling and latency changed):

log at idle
log at cruise
log at idle 2
regular pull 1
pull 1 forced open loop
pull 2 forced open loop
pull 3 forced open loop

Just for a trial try leaving everything else the same and drop your scaling down to like 370-390. then go out and try a WOT run. I had these issues before while tuning and I basically found my injectors needed a 360 scaling in order to get that fuel in there under wot boost. After I threw the "standard" scaling out the window with my 440s I got some real results and have never turned back.

You can flash your old one right back but if this works you know what you will have to do.

How did you get the 9bov to fit? Perhaps my pipes are really jacked but the 9 and rrm kit have diff size holes for the bov the rrm pipes are much smaller to the 9 bov.

I haven't much time to work on tuning the car since and I still have to find a rubber seal for the fuel pump (since the walbro pump is bigger and hits the bottom of the tank).

I used the basic tuned tephra mod from Senate and rescaled the injectors to work with the wrx440cc but I still get fueling issues (the car hesitates when I slam the throttle).

Other than that the car runs great under vacuum.

Hopefully I will get everything resolved by December.
