Metal on timing belt

Hey there, recently my car has been making some lifter ticking noises so I pulled the valve cover (fresh rebuild 890 miles on her) and the timing belt cover to find this on the timing belt ? Not sure where it could be coming from or what ifs even from ?

Any ideas ?

Put a magnet to it and see if it gets picked up. If it stays, then I'd guess those are aluminum shavings from somewhere.
The only thing I can think of is the CAS plate making contact with the CAS sensor. Take a peak there to see if you see the high points on the CAS plate shiny. Otherwise, maybe one of the pulleys is making contact with casing (like oil pump gear from over tensioning timing belt). GL and hope you find the source.
