I think at the beginning of every forum, instead of the large group of stickies that already exist, make one post a stickie, that points to the other threads that are already stickied. This would help eliminate the large amount of stickies. This would also be a good way for newbs to get quick information instead of running a search, which they always forget to do. This is what I was thinking:

Forum: US Lancer General
Thread Title: FAQ (***READ THIS FIRST***)
Link 1: Fastest NA Lancer
Link 2: US Lancer Online Shopping List
Link 3: Automotive Terms Dictionary
Link 4: US Lancer Parts Index
Link 5: Exhaust MEGA MERGE Thread
Link 6: Intake MEGA MERGE Thread
