Hey, i looked around for this, and didn't see anything. Has anything ever been discussed about breaking up the For Sale section. Maybe just a few categories(i.e. interior, exterior, performance, misc.). It seems to me that the majority of the posts on here are just 'bumps' because everyone wants their item at the top. If there were categories, that wouldn't have to be done nearly as much. Just a thought...i'm just trying to improve the site.

I was thinking the same thing one section for Rides, 1 for FS, and 1 for WTB

 

good idea. this is site is similar to craigslist.com where after 1 or 2 days, so many other things have been posted that unless your item has a following, it is pretty much gone (survival of the fitest).....good idea blacklancer!

 

you know you can search on craigslist? and they don't delete them till 30 days, you just gotta search. I've also found it much easier to use the RSS feeds and then the newsreader of my choice for CL, much easier to manage

 

OK, before this gets attacked and closed, I'll say it.

It's been requested, and they decided no. Too many people would cross post to get their items seen. Etc.

But I do like the idea.

threads are not jsut bumped to be at teh top of the forum list, but also to be at teh top of the "new posts" list

 

i wish they would separate the Evo and lancer for sale stuff. i hate clicking on threads that have items only for evo, but the title says "New! big brake kit"
