Moving to the Feedback/Suggestion forum.
We remove posts all week at the request of vendors and members. The principle is simple. If you have an issue with a vendor then contact that vendor to resolve it. That is how adults fix problems. Evom is not the place to carry out a vendetta real or imagined as it disrupts our site to the detriment of other members who may or may not agree (or care) about your problem. . We will not be a battleground for vendor bashing as per the site rules agreed to when you signed up.

The PM states that Al pays for HIS forum. It is his (as all vendors) place of business and a vendor can ask for a post to be removed. We don't always accommodate the request, however, most post that are flagged fill the category of "minimum astonishment". Such as "don't do it", "what he said", "they suck", “Gay”…..etc etc…
The amazing part is that most of the time, the writer has never met or purchased a product or service from the vendor and has no intention of doing either. But will take the time to "hate" based upon second hand information and rumors. Every major vendor on this website has had a turn in the barrel. That is not unique to Evom as all businesses make mistakes and all customer are NOT right all the time. The vendor is at a disadvantage as one-person can make embellished statements concerning a disagreement, which may not be the fault of the vendor. If it is a company mistake, most treat it as an opportunity to fix the problem and satisfy a customer.
If you have a problem with a vendor product or service then post it respectfully and allow the vendor an opportunity to fix it. If he cannot or will not, then let us know. However, do not use Evom as a place for revenge or threats against any member or vendor.
