I made an order in mid-NOV 2004 for some carbon fibre parts (order no: 8719) and was told i will be able to get them in a week time (air freight to Singapore) but after 3-4weeks, I still didn't recieve them. So I called, they told me that 1 of the parts are out of stock, so they didn't send out (they didn't even bother to email or call me). So I told them to cancel the order, they told me there will be a USD30 restocking fee, I agreed. After a week (1st week of JAN 05) , they called and told me they HAVE to send me my stuff even if I don't want them. WTF, what can I say, they already collected my cheque! Till today I have not recieved any parts from them.
Can anyone help me?

keep bugging and threatening them. this should be in OT or a vendor sub forum.
ive had a similar problem with streetstyler.com. alot of peopel on here have orderd the dark force short ram intake from them. i ordered nov 17 and have yet to recieve anything. a ocuple of other people have had this problem too.

You are a LIAR. Plain and simple, these parts were DELIVERED and SIGNED FOR in your country.

I want everyone to track it and see that Sam is a liar and is on here only to cause us grief just like he said he would be.
Why don't you tell the other side of the story? You know, the part where you cussed out Jason here at MVP on the phone?

Please take special note of item 7.C. It spells out that you can not cancel an international order for any reason and we even explain why.
We don't have 14 pages of fine print. Our terms are laid out in plain English and are for your protection as well as ours. These terms detail what you are responsible for and what MVP Motorsports is responsible for.
Look, when we make a mistake we take care of it. If an error is on our end we fix it as best we can. RMR was backordered on your carbon fiber parts. I'm sure several people on here can tell you RMR is a little slow with parts, that's life. That is not an excuse to lie in public (its called libel in the USA and is illegal) and cuss out our manager.
Customers like you make me ask myself why in the world I work 12-15 hours a day, 6 days a week.
