I know that a lot of people (myself included) would like to change there screen name without all of the inherit consequences of doing so. Why not add a feature where you can change your screen name and link it to your old screen name with an AKA. That way no one can ditch out on who they really are but members will have a chance to make a new name if they wish. for example I could be 1badevo formelry known as Gestalt. or AKA Gestalt.

 

I'm thinking that might get abused. That and the code would have to already exist for such a feature, and I've never heard of it before.
